Interview

Hello flollowers, I will be making a video interview on a football player about what he thinks about drills to get into the NFL. This is a highschool player who knows about the drills because you also have to do the same ones to get into college as well. This will give you the inside look from a player perspective.

I was not able to make the video myself as i planned to show you live what it looks like so i posted these five most important picture of combine drills and will go through all of them.
1.) Picture one is the 40 yard dash, this is to show them how fast you are i feel this is the most important one because speed is a big thing.
2.) Picture two is what you call a standing vertical jump, this is to see how high you can jump standing this is best for WR/TE and CB/SS/FS .
3.) Picture three is the cone drill to see how fast you can get around going through the cones as it shows you at the top. Differently timed by the position you are.
4.) Picture four is what you call the standing long jump or the broad jump see how far you can jump from one place to another without taking any steps before.
5.) Picture five is the last but not least the strength session. This is what everyone must do see how strong you are by taking 225 and putting it on a bench press see how many time you can max out on it in a row.
Here are all the drill and workouts hope this helps explain a little on what it takes to be seen to get into the NFL.

This is a picture of Tryod Taylor a quarterback that just graduated from Virginia Tech. Being looked at for his amazing quarterback skills. Being the first to break rushing and throwing after Micheal Vick even being told that he and him play similar by a lot of people. Going into this combine he wanted to show that he might play like Vick but he also wants to make a name for himself. He got a 4.5 40 yard dash time, a 37 in vertical... and so on that he started looking like more then a quarterback so they are in the air at what position they really want him at in the NFL. Keep in touch on this ill let you no more about Tryod Taylor's Choice on what time he will play for.

Info on video review

Hi, everyone

I will be making a video of myself and a few other friends or classmates for what you can call an experiment. I would like to study the drills that you must do to become a pro if you are being looked at after college by a professional team. I would like to see what times you must achieve also how hard it is to actually do them. This will hopefully give you a feel of what they go through or show younger kids they want to play in the future what to look for and work on and show them there is a chance to get better to become great. The video posting will be on my blog by tomorrow please make comments so i know if it helped.

Thanks, Followers

This video shows one out of the many things you have to do to become an NFL player the "40yd dash".. this is different for each position but to be the fastest is a big thing these days. Check out a few running backs with shocking speeds at the 2011 combine for the NFL draft of 2012.

Welcome!

Hi, I'm Vontaine and definitely new to this whole blogging thing. I'm going to just be giving my view on how different college football is from  pro football , and what transition it takes to play at a higher level. Hopefully you will come back to see my take on it.
